In a world where celebrities are the ones mainly being ‘celebrated’, admired, and looked up to, sometimes just for simply 'existing', our 'daily heroes' - the ones working in the shadows to keep our society functioning, afloat, and flourishing, those who put in the work, who fight through the day to day battles only to go home and do it all over again the next day,... are often forgotten, or worse, taken for granted! I have set out to capture the stories of those ‘daily heroes’ through audio interviews as well as through photos. Every episode is comprised of two parts: 1. A regular 'audio only' interview, comprised of me asking a few simple questions.2. A number of photographs captured of them, at their home, or a place of their choosing.The output of that interview will be transcribed into a blog post and accompanied with the photos captured.The following pages are an edit (mainly for brevity) of the transcriptions of those interviews.Below are the episodes comprising this project.Enjoy!
